    Checking orders
    Before placing an order on our website, we ask everyone to please check their purchase and all information is correct, such as name, address, telephone number and the goods in the shopping cart. The more people who check their orders, the faster we can get delivery.

    When receiving an order, check that the products have not been damaged during transport. If you order makeup brushes, check that the bristles are stuck and that the shaft does not come loose. In most cases we will need to get the defective item back, so we ask you not to use the brush.

    Undo a purchase
    To undo a purchase email us with the order number in question. If it is in direct connection with the placing of the order, this is usually a concern. If, on the other hand, it takes a long time from the time you place the order until you want to cancel the purchase, your order may already be packed and sent. Our warehouse will do everything they can to stop the order but may in some cases already have time to ship. Our warehouse handles thousands of orders every day, so sometimes it can be difficult to stop an order that has been lying around for a long time.

    If an order has been sent or you have received your order and want to cancel your purchase, this is of course fine. Read more under right of withdrawal. Keep in mind that shipping cost return and the cost of return will be deducted from the amount refunded. Even if the regret is done with only a few hours from the order.     Complaints

Shipping costs are not normally reimbursed. Should hidden defects appear after 30 days, we can only offer replacement value up to and including the value of the item on future purchases, so-called store credit.

    Deliveries
    The delivery time is stated in the shopping cart under the respective shipping method. If an item has a different delivery time, it is stated next to the respective item.

    Uncollected packages:
    If you have chosen cash on delivery as a method of shipping, your goods will remain in the mail for four weeks. Uncollected goods are returned to us.
