    Dream Brows Dual Definer is the ultimate two-in-one product for creating naturally full and defined brows. Using this double-sided magic wand you can achieve professional results with impressive depth and perfect definition. The creamy and water-resistant pencil helps you fill in and enhance your brows where hairs are missing and the micro-thin liquid pencil is used to define brows with thin, hair-like strokes. The sharp, pointy tip makes it possible to define even the smallest hairs in a natural way. Together, both sides create a true-to-life impression of perfect brows, regardless of whether you're aiming for a natural look or intensely defined brows. The formula is 100% vegan.

    Available in four shades: Taupe, Soft Brown, Medium Brown, and Dark Brown.

    How to:

    1. Start by brushing your eyebrows upwards (with Hickap Eyebrow Duo Brush)
    2. Choose the shade of Hickap Dream Brows Dual Definer that is closest to your natural brows
    3. Use the creamy pencil side to fill in sparse areas and to outline the shape of the brow. Start from the bottom. Apply light strokes by flicking upward.
    4. Flip the pen to use the ink stain’s brush tip to define and create thin hair-like strokes

    1. Use the spoolie side on your Eyebrow Duo Brush to blend and create a natural result.
    2. Apply Preppy Prime Setting Spray immediately after Dream Brows Dual Definer application to lock in your look.
